One thing lacking was a property sign on the main road. That would be a good landmark for people to find the place. The apartment community might miss good prospects if the team members are not prepared to take walk-ins. Maybe a set time could be carved out for walk-ins that could be included on the website. The staff was professional and welcoming. Even though the leasing professional had told me she had deadlines, she still put time aside to help me look at the place. The community was well kept and inviting. It had a beach look, and I was told I could put flowers around my apartment.

The only reason I would not recommend this apartment community is because the monthly rate is rather high, and it doesn't all utilities. If the rate included all utilities (i.e. electricity), I think I would be more willing to recommend the complex.

When I moved in, I was very pleased except for the rugs on floor. Donna Taylor really did a great job at making sure we felt safe, made sure apartment was in great conditions. Now we have a new Director that all She cares about is keeping office closed, and collecting rent.

A bit pricey and the maintenance frustrations hold me back from recommending the apartments. Quiet location, quiet community, friendly staff and neighbors are selling points.

The buildings were well maintained except for several front doors in the back building which were peeling black paint. The parking lots were old and the entry gate was rusty. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in excellent condition with kitchen and bathrooms updated. Room sizes were good except for the kitchen. It was too small.

I used to recommend this place to friends and coworkers. Now i'd tell anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. For the new jacked up rents, one can move to one of the brand new apart complexes that have sprung up recently. Not unless they like having to put pots and pans all over the house in the winter to catch the waterfalls, and high heating bills from the ruined insulation
