Paper thin walls. Dog owners and not cleaning after them, no proper bathroom ventilation, certain buildings are not landscaped up to par like the rest. Walls not completely painted to the ceiling, and one lock on doors opposed to two. Kids in the street, playing with sticks, branches, in creek, at the apartment sign at bus stop. Smoking cigs and weed or
Cigars seep through walls.
