The community is nice and well kept. The community was undergoing renovations but still is in good condition.

Great staff and location, a bit pricey for my needs though.

I would only recommend this community if you are renting a second floor apartment.

The vibe of the community was pretty nice, but not quite for me. Everything smelled freshly cleaned but with chemical products. I did not enjoy the smells of the cleaners they used.

I would warn them it’s a little expensive

It's super quiet but close by a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. The renovation is beautiful!

Pools are often dirty.
The new dog park should be a plus. However, fences are only 4 ft instead of the standard 6-8ft so a dog can easily jump over and out. There’s no equipment for the dogs. And no bench which is standard for all dog parks.
The parking between foster and Northcross is horrid. There are two reserved parking areas in close proximity which is unlike anywhere else in the complex. So people that actually live around there must park across the complex. This needs to be immediately remedied. It is a huge nuisance and is a huge reason to not recommend living here.

The location is great and so are the improvements. Of course, because of the location, rent is a little higher here than if you lived a little further north. It's clear that the staff really care about the residents though.

Midtown is in a great location with many restaurant and activities within walking distance.

You do good job.

The apartment is loud and management does not intervene with loud neighbors or do anything about loud maintenance despite regularly talking to them about the noise. Also, our apartment is infested with cockroaches and the “roach treatments” maintenance does are not effective.

No ventilation for humidity in the bathrooms.

The leasing professional took pride in the community and surrounding area.
