The customer service I received from the leasing agent was great.

The staff was wonderful. This community was well maintained. The thought of living in the Domain was positive.

Great location in town. Pretty reasonably priced for what is offered. A little outdated compared to some of the comps in the area but overall a good property. Would recommend

The apartment and the community itself were in very good condition. The rates I was quoted were very reasonable and well within my budget.

Both the leasing agents were nice. One was more knowledgeable because the other one was new. We took a look at the amenities and available apartment that I could lease. The unit was clean and ready to move in. They asked for a deposit and when say not at this time they sent me over quotes that would be good for 48 hours.

The property itself was very nice, however the breezeways and elevators were abysmal. There were chunks of the building missing off of several corners and the elevators smelled clean, however there was clearly dog hair or people hair all over the walls of the elevator.

The community has a cool outdoor workout area. The gym is also very large. Maintenance could be improved.

There are no other comments that I wish to leave at this time.

I feel that for the area the rent is pretty impressive. The amenities seemed to be carbons of what almost everyone else offers. I was extremely impressed by how quiet the units are! The sound proofing is excellent consider the busy area it is located in. I would likely recommend this community to others.

The community had a great location. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The apartment had a nice layout and was spacious. The leasing professional was helpful and personable.
