She did a very good job in helping me find a new home. I think it was a very good experience visiting this property.

But I would tell them that it's all its a lot of money for the small square footage.

Lots of dog poop on the grounds. It would be nice if loud cars were prohibited. I'm glad I have a townhouse because the other apartments are noisy for residents that live under others.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The property was beautiful, quiet and restful. The amenities were appealing. I liked that the property was smaller, and the leasing professional mentioned the amenities were used but not over crowded. She also mentioned special events for the residents. She was very personable and made me feel welcome.

This is fairly basic arrangement, what really impacts the more positive "feel" of the environment, is the low to poor service experience when working with the local office staff. Customer service is measured from the "customers" experience, not the providers. In the few interactions, this point is missed.

Property is clean and well maintained, apartment is average and needs updating, showing its age. Good value, other than having to deal with local management when there is a need.

I was satisfied with my tour of the property. The leasing agent had good energy and was thorough. Although the property was not the newest in the area and didn't quite feature the latest and greatest in amenities, I felt that it was a good value. I was confident that I would enjoy being a resident.

I literally work in the office building across the street and walk to work most days. Several of my coworkers and business associates travel in and out of our office and a few actually reside in the complex and others I have spoken high praises to consider as well.

It is full of nice professionals and most clean up after their pets. It is quiet and safe.

The apartments are very pretty and the grounds are kept up so well. The apartment complex is small enough to feel like home. I do really enjoy living here.

These apartments are beautiful and it has a lake! Very clean and office was decorated for Halloween so cute. The ladies in the office were very nice and professional. We just put our house on the market and not sure what we are doing but this is most definetly one of our options.

This property is so awesome, apartments with the lake view are beautiful! We are not looking to move until Spring but this is where we want to be. Very courteous staff, the manager spent so much time showing us around. She and Aubrey will be why we will come back!

The property is well kept. The leasing office, amenities and grounds are all clean and free of clutter and trash. The staff was professional and friend over the phone and onsite. She answered all my questions and over came my objections.

This was a very beautiful community built around a small lake. The finishes were very upscale, and the amenities were the latest. It was also in a great location near a major highway and a large shopping mall. There were many restaurants and shopping options nearby.
