That community was a great place to tour. It was in a prime location without the outrageous pricing. Fairly new, had a 24 hour concierge and just modern living at its best.

I won't recommend this apartment because the security is low and the hallways smells trash and weed and the carpets really stinks and the elevators alway either broke or doesn't work and full of trash. And the trash room is disgusting. And apartment wood floors are horrible.

Always clean and apartments are great size/views are great. Pool area is nice for hang outs.

Location big plus. Would not reasons- immaturity of some residents, dirty appearance in areas, smoke smells in hallways sometimes prob pot.

In the past year it seems as though the apartment complex has started leasing to just about anybody. The pool area is always crowded with young people smoking weed and being loud. I step out on my balcony and smell weed. I also believe a lot of non residents are allowed to enter the complex due to the lack of policing by the management personnel.

There's no chance I'm renewing here. I can't wait until my lease expires and I can move.

The leasing agent was great. He was professional and courteous.

The community was easy to find, well maintained and had natural landscaping. The Leasing Professional was helpful and receptive. The community was luxurious and technologically driven. It had appealing amenities, and the prices were fair for what they were offering.

if you like a loud party atmosphere in the summer, then it's a great place. if you like the smell of weed in the hallways, it she place to be. you don't mind cigarette buds on the patio, then yes.

I loved that place from the concierge to the leasing agents. I could not find a more home like place.

package collection procedure is unjustifiable. i had an encounter with the lady at the concierge, Katrell, and she lied about leaving her post, and she wasnt even kind in telling me she wont release my package. I wrote an email and NO ONE replied or even acknowledged my concern. This is the first time I’ve received this kind of treatment so NO, we will not recommend this to friends and colleagues, in fact, since this is a company-paid residence, I will ask the HR team to remove this from the housing options.

Management doesn’t care about its residence. Recently I had an encounter with the pitbull that I had complained about weeks ago. Your management told me that if the situation was taken care of and it was it. Just this weekend the pitbull was unleashed roaming the hallways got into the elevator with me and my poodle that situation could have been tragic. I let the dog out on the 10th floor and he was roaming the building. I called the concierge to let him know that the dog was loose. I have a real problem with your management team currently in place. I have complained about how filthy the building is I have complained about the several pit bulls that are in the building. One for sure is aggressive and had to be held down by his owner. It’s like you make complaints and it goes into a cloud no one addresses them. There a lot of broken items in the building. The walls need painting is like no one notices things people just walk by filth.
