I really enjoyed my tour. I thought the balconies were the largest I had ever seen, the ceiling heights were a nice plus and just the overall community was quite beautiful.

The apartment is very out of date compress to others, especially with the luxury living tag. Gates don’t use stickers, visitors must be buzzed out, elevators are always down and don’t even go up to top floors.

This was a lovely apartment community in a convenient location. I would rent there.

It's a great building and although the office personnel turnover rate is high, the new people are usually nice and helpful. The gym and pool are always clean. Very pet friendly.

The community is quiet and really nice.

hallways and parking garage are always dirty and filled with garbage, or dog pee on the floor.
an trash can on each floor parking garage would make it much better

Its a bit too pricey for what is received.

The Leasing Professional was helpful and kind. The location was appealing, and the pricing was reasonable.

Feels safe looks good but loud traffic.

The apartment inside is amazing, but the building is very dirty, constant trash by the stairs.

The gym equipment may need an update. Would be nice to have a rowing machine

The community was easy to locate and the signs were visible with natural landscaping. The call center, however, made the call very impersonal and robotic, not making individuals eager to visit. The staff on-site appeared to be very helpful and receptive to all individuals. The community itself had amenities that a resident would be happy to enjoy. The community was very luxurious and technologically driven, which was a huge plus, and the best part was the prices were very comparable to what they were offering.
