The Tanglewood looks to be a nice private small community with modern upgrades in the apartments. My tour was great and so was the leasing agent.

The apartment community was older but well maintained.

CWS does not maintain this property at the level it was 8 years ago.
Recent influx of undesirable, loud, unprofessional residents.
Very old shabby carpet. Old appliances.
Hallway between 301-313 still does not have cool air A/C even after years of complaints and requests to repair.
Constant water leaks with all day water shut offs, plus, the wasted water is being charged to residents

I was impressed with the stellar customer service. The beautiful apartments featured nine foot ceilings and all hardwood floors in select apartments. This community also had an excellent location.

The community appeared to very quiet and hidden. It was easy to locate and the signs were visible. The ambiance and atmosphere of the office were clean and luxurious. The staff's phone etiquette was very inviting and warm. There were many trees, plants, and flowers, and this community was an oasis from the outside. The staff appeared to be very helpful and receptive to all individuals. The community itself had amenities that a resident would be happy to enjoy. The best part was the prices were very comparable to what they were offering. All the staff was wonderful and genuinely care. If I were apartment shopping, this would be my first choice hands down.

This place has the potential to be nice, but my experience the last several months has turned me off about this place. The price does not fit the living conditions.

I would recommend because of how safe I felt. The people who live in these apartments are so sweet and make a very nice community. Vanessa has been wonderful to work with and it truly does feel like home when we get to our apartment. It is also one of the best financial options in the area as far as renting apartments goes. Every apartment in this area that we looked at was significantly higher in rent.

Love the community, love the people, love the location

The leasing professional was filling in for another leasing professional that day and I believed he did a great job explaining what the community offered. However, my needs were not directly considered nor was I able to get a full picture of the community, since we did not tour the amenities. The community seemed like a peaceful place to live but I did not feel like I saw the full picture.

I would recommend it but I would also note that it is a little noisy living on the street side of the apartment so if that is bothersome I would not recommend it.

Office personnel, maintenance, and security is very good.
