I think a great deal of the difficulty the leasing agent had was due to only having been there a week and a half. The apartment community itself was pretty much the same as others I have looked at. The deciding factors would be location and price. I felt like the leasing agent was still a little uncomfortable speaking to strangers and seemed to stumble on their words at times. Otherwise, they were friendly and personable.

I like the price, the setting, the way the facility is run. I can't find anything really wrong with it.

This community was a cozy escape in the heart of the city. The community vibes with character and the leasing professional truly cares about the residents. The amenities cater to year round comfort such as the lap pool that was heated all year round.

The community was well maintained, and the apartments had a home-like feel. There was plenty of parking. The Leasing Professional was warm and knowledgeable.

I thought the community could use upgraded amenities, but the pool area was nice. The first apartment I saw was okay but in some areas it still looked dated, but the model I saw was much better. I thought the rental rate was a little expensive for a place that did not have the latest and greatest.

I would recommend this community for the size of the apartment, Security support from office personnel and maintenance support. On the other side, I put a caution on the high rent and narrow parking spaces and for not having reserved parking lots.

It is too pricey for the value. The property is old and the apts are small and older as well. My 600 sq ft. apartment is not worth 1200+. The gym is old and outdated and it rarely cleaned/maintained. Thankfully I bought a house but if I had not, I wouldn't have renewed here for these reasons.

This was a beautifully maintained community that offered some appealing community amenities and large floor plans.

Surface parking is tight in the front part of the complex. Security seems to have imptove. I like that updates to the complex are part of the maintenance program( ie power wash to apt corridors, replacing workout equipment,safety monitoring yearly of each apt). Though I do not particularly like speed bumps, I think one is needed one just past the garbage area on the back side of the complex. I have seen a number of cars coming around the turn a little too fast. It is a little dangerous when people are walking and/or walking their dogs.

I would recommend it because of the rent, the facility itself which includes the grounds and especially the staff;
