Towards the beginning of our lease, the entry gate was open at all times and my husbands truck was broken into. They now close the gate.

There is never anywhere to park. The time of day does not matter. You can get home from work at 2pm or 2am and there would still be no parking. The parking enforcement was really good for about a month, but the people who had stickers placed on their vehicles only moved the vehicles for a short period of time. Now that parking is no longer being enforced, the parking lot is always full. Also, residents continue to park in the visitor parking spaces. I've had visitors over a few times who were unable to park in the visitor parking because residents were parked there.
Additionally, people do not pick up after their dogs. There is consistently dog poop around the apartment building. In my section, it smells like a zoo as you walk from your car to the stairwell.

The community is clean and attractive. Also, the office personnel takes good care of you. They makes us feel as part of a family. This in essence makes us feel right at home.

Marquis at the Reserve was a stunning community west of Houston and minutes from a major freeway system. The amenities were top notch, and the value was great for the square footage offered.

I like that the leasing office keeps up to date with me via email. I love the tandom breakfasts on the go, and other fun joliday things that the mgmt does. PLEASE OPEN THE BACK GATE! The drive to the front of the property judt to get out in Morning could really save me 6mins on my commute time!

So far it is located in a fairly appealing area although there is a lot of construction in the area at this time. Overall the looks of the apartments is refreshing and charming. I like the floor plan for my apartment.

I didn't understand that one of the workers "closed" the entire clubhouse suing as his daughter's wedding party without prior notification for the entire Saturday.There shouldn't be double standard for using the clubhouse for personal party or event. We have been told by the manager that it is not allowed for residents (who paid the monthly fee) to use the clubhouse for personal party, but the worker who got pay from the apartment using the entire clubhouse and refuse any of the residents go inside to use the place during their party. We deserve an explanation or apology.
In addition, the computer room and conference room should be available for residents to use during the weekend and holiday.
