Several nurses I work with lives here, and I have also recommended this community.

Rules aren't enforced, I shouldn't have to look at or smell tbe neighbors trash in tbe hallways especially on non-trash pickup days..

I feel like the apartments do not focus on the important factors like people taking their dogs to the dog park and leaving poop all over the place. I also feel like they do not stick to the rules of insuring parking places for residents. People who do not live in our complex take up parking places causing people who do live here to not have a place to park. Also the amenities do not properly work. The garbage area looks disgusting. Also people leave dog poop all around the complex as well as throw cooking oil on the grounds.

It’s safe and quiet. I appreciate how clean management and maintenance keeps up the apartment. I think residents can be more responsible for keeping their front door areas more clean.

Broken gates, not enough parking, dog poop in the hallways, hit or cold hallways depending on the season, overflow of water from sprinkler in the wall way, nothing really amazing about the property.

I would only recommend living on the top floor to eliminate possibility of frequent loud noises from upstairs neighbors

Dog's poop everywhere. People dont clean after their pet's.
Dogs also pee on the hallway,it very stinks

We have very loud neighbors who play Mexican music very loud at all times of the evening. I frequently cannot hear my own TV in my apartment at volume 25 because of their music.

The parking is a mess! Having people park wherever they choose is a pain. Not to mention is so bad some residents park in the visitors park therefore, there so no parking for visitors. The smoking in the "non-smoking" complex is becoming unbearable. All you have to do is walk around the property and you can clearly see cigarette, black and mild, and other butts littered all around the property. Valet trash comes when it wants to. With no prior notice when they will not be collecting trash. So, you may have your trash piling up whenever they do decide to pick up. Also, they leave trash that has fallen out of the bags around the community.

I would recommend this community because it’s clean and quiet. It’s safe.

This community lowered its rental restrictions with new management and there are more break ins and trashy

If you don't have animals or care about the outside area of the complex than it is fine to live at. Other than that it is well overpriced for the state of the complex.
