I think is a good place to live, only need to improve maintenance and the grounds need some attention

it's not a bad place to live but it seems like the gate is ALWAYS broken. for the amount of money we pay for rent there should be some type of compensation. and if you dont have covered parking....you're basically out of luck.

This is a simple property that is clean, with nothing too special, but enough to satisfy someone wanting a home where they can feel safe without paying an arm and a leg. Brandie was a dream to work with

My family has enjoyed living here. We like that the apartments are tucked back in the trees away from the main road. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The apartments are well maintained, updated and look great. They are spacious and have plenty of storage. The pool and outdoor kitchen area are amazing The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love Escalante

Living in the larger 2 bdrm apartment for almost 2 years has been great Very spacious and updated. I would recommend these apts to anyone, in fact I have.
Brandi, in the office, is the absolute BEST person in the office and makes the experience of going in the office so great
Maintenance is pretty fast at coming to fix any problems as well.

Disappointing. The property appeared to have potential however once moved in, you learned all too quickly that this is NOT what you want to live in for however long the term you decideded upon. Parking is horrible, community is inconsiderate to their neighbors or surroundings noise, speeding, cutting right in front entry gate , layout of the apartment is aged and not workable, the complex shows its age and unfortunately for most of us were stuck at least until the lease is up. At least for now I would not recommend this complex to anyone, I'd like to spare and keep my friends as opposed to losing them.

I haven't been here a year yet but so far my experience has been a good one. Ever since I got here the staff have been very helpful to me. I have had a few maintenance issues that were all fixed promptly, one such experience was when I came home to find my AC out a bit before 6, it was fixed by 8 that night. It is relatively quiet, my neighbors have dogs but I don't hear them once I enter my room, I only occasionally get some outside noise but it's not bad. I would recommend this apartment complex to others if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Escalante is a great, quiet community with great floor plans to choose from with very nice, professional and helpful office staff and maintenance personnel. Though I personally do not have a pet, Escalante is a very pet friendly property and now includes a dog park. One perk potential residents will like is that you are given one assigned covered parking and there's plenty of visitor parking.

I have lived here for awhile and have been happy with my apartment as well as the service. I was very happy to hear that they added a dog park! Now my dogs can run off the leash and play, it's helped

Good except for strong stench of dog feces in front of my building last night. Too dark to see where it was but it stank. This has got to be at least my 4th complaint on this issue.

Previously, I would pay the rent online with 2 accounts. Now, it only takes allows 1 checking account.

In the short time that I have been at this aptment I have received bad or mediocre customer service from everyone in the office staff. As a buisness man I hate the bad complaints and it is known for customers to complain about bad service. Well in my case its bit diffrent iam not the one to complain about it I just move on. Today May the 5th 2014 I made a call to the escallante aptments office in which I called 4 times for someone to answer. The phone was answered by a lady which would make me change my mind about the escalante aptments staff. Sharon was not only helpfull but very pleasant to talk to the best at customer service. She took the extra step to help me set up my online page for the escalante apartments which I was told was not an option to pay online by my leasing agent. The staff should take a few tips from Sharon on how a customer should be treated that said despite on the many issues I have had with the office staff I look foward in my stay at the Escalante apartments.

It is over priced under the guise of thats "what the market price is in the area". Very little is seen in upgrades to the property or the physical apartment for the price that is paid. But it is quiet, and the covered parking is good. The property should take time out and thank its long term residents. Even go as far as giving them a opener for the main gate for free if they have been there longer than some number of years.
The resident apprication morning events they have are too late. Many people work before 8, and leave 30 min or before that to get to work. Since the appreciation starts at 8, they miss it.
