I dont recommend places to friends

I might recommend it if I got a referral bonus or if a friend wanted to live nearby, but otherwise I’m neutral to if I would go out of my way to or not.

The street noise is a negative.

I would recommend because Lumen has nice amenities, friendly staff. I would not recommend to people who enjoys cooking and have family.

garage security is poor, lots of strangers enter the building easily .

In the meddle of winder I did not have heater for 2 months. Beginning of summer the ac was not working.

It is pretty expensive, so it depends on who I am recommending it to.

Guest parking being paid is a HUGE minus. There isn't an example at the buildings around this neighborhood for paid guest parking. I will be moving out simply because of this

Nice staff, well maintained building, responsive front desk, and a quiet community other than construction noise.

Windows don’t open, no fresh air access without getting on elevators. No access to amenities spaces any longer due to covid, long wait for elevators and some residents not respectful in wearing masks. Getting packages is inconvenient, as you have to go through concierge. would be better with Amazon drop box option. Have to go to front desk for food orders even when requested to do no contact to apt door. Concierge not always present to pick up packages. Total inconvenience. Not family friendly. Changed door locks and took away a key then charged for replacement of key take away.

Everything is fine except for the traffic near the retail garage entrance. Vehicles sometimes park there blocking access. Also, there is a lot of deliveries and parked vehicles in the front entrance, which also causes congestion. This seems to be almost a daily occurrence.

Everythings great. However parking / general traffic / and lack of open windows in apartments is reasons why ppl don't take my referrals
